Thank you for shopping with Sunday Dossier.

Because all Sunday Dossier products are digital downloads, all sales are final. Once a purchase has been completed and access to the files has been provided, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

Please read each product description carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a product, you’re always welcome to contact us before placing your order.

Refund Exceptions

We may issue a refund in the following situations:

• You were charged more than once for the same order.

• You accidentally purchased the same product multiple times.

• We are unable to provide access to your purchase and cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

Refund requests based on personal preference, purchasing by mistake, deciding you no longer need the product, or expecting different results are not eligible for a refund.

Unauthorized Purchases
